Fans share hidden Maria clue in Silent Hill 2 that many players missed

Bloober Team’s remake of Silent Hill 2 was praised by fans and critics alike for its faithful update of a classic horror game. One sharp-eyed player noticed a clever clue for Maria, which many would have missed (spoiler alert).

The clue here is related to Maria being a manifestation of Mary, the terminally ill wife of James Sunderland.

Throughout the game, Maria is seductive, but the “KISS-SICK” reflection has a little bit of a foreshadowing about Maria’s connection to Mary.

Rashmunchel also noticed another detail: a caged EXIT sign above James’ head might be an indication of the notion that he can’t get out of his own guilt and suffering.
