Bitmain stormed the Bitcoin mining industry after launching new and more efficient mining machines for Bitcoin miners. The company announced the S21+ Hyd. and the S21+ mining machines during the Bitcoin Amsterdam Summit held in the Netherlands.
Chinese processing hardware manufacturer Bitmain launched the S21+ Hyd. and the S21+ mining machines. The S21+ Hyd. has an energy efficiency ratio of 15.0J/T and a single-machine computing power of 319T. This means the machine can generate 1T of computing power for every 15 joules.
The S21+ has an energy efficiency ratio of 16.5J/T and a single-machine computing power of 216T. This implies that the machine can generate 1T for every 16.5 joules. The S21+ can generate 1T of computing power for every 16.5 joules.
Although the computing power of S21+ is slightly lower than that of the S21+ Hyd., its energy efficiency of 16.5J/T is still outstanding. It will provide users with a stable and efficient mining experience.
The hardware manufacturer announced that the company will support miners who apply for the machines two months in advance by converting S21+ to S21+ Hyd. with equal computing power.
Bitmain also unveiled other technology products, including the oil-cooled mining machine ANTMINER S21 XP Imm., the air-cooled mining machine ANTMINER S21 XP, and the water-cooled container ANTRACK, to meet the diversified customer demands.
The hardware manufacturer unveiled the Antminer S21 and Antminer S21 Hyd. miners during the 2023 World Digital Mining Summit. The Antminer S21 Hyd. had an energy efficiency of 16J/T and a hashrate of 335T.
