Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the Media&Publishing, Financial Services and Real Estate Development sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.16%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were The National Co for Glass Industrie (TADAWUL:2150), which rose 9.11% or 4.50 points to trade at 53.90 at the close. Arriyadh Development Co. (TADAWUL:4150) added 5.76% or 1.50 points to end at 27.55 and Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Company CJSC (TADAWUL:1322) was up 4.41% or 2.90 points to 68.70 in late trade.
Biggest losers included East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (TADAWUL:1321), which lost 3.78% or 5.40 points to trade at 137.40 in late trade. Arabian Pipes Company (TADAWUL:2200) declined 3.68% or 4.20 points to end at 109.80 and Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co (TADAWUL:2081) shed 3.31% or 4.80 points to 140.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 184 to 123 and 19 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.64% or 0.43 to $67.35 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.69% or 0.49 to hit $71.53 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.15% or 29.50 to trade at $2,599.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.03% to 3.96, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.06% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.05% at 106.67.
